In today's tech-driven world, cutting-edge AI technologies hold immense potential for business innovation. However, without technology enablers like SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, and others, these technologies lack purpose and are destined for failure. At the same time, most enterprises in India really don’t care as they are mostly focused on the outcomes – i.e. faster deployment, real-time monitoring, supply chain automation, resource optimisation, predictive analytics, and sustainability.

Last week, AIM sat down with a few SAP customers and some of the domain experts in the AI and analytics landscape. The message was loud and clear – most enterprises are on the lookout for tech enablers that can bring in domain expertise for particular use cases.
