The harsh reality is that the recession is already inching toward its peak, casting a shadow of uncertainty over the future. And the worst is yet to come.

Staying in denial any longer doesn’t help. In a recent LinkedIn post, former assistant manager of L&D at Pharmeasy, Nikhil Kulshreshth, shared his struggle of barely making ends meet. Similarly, a senior software engineer at CommerceIQ, Thrifty K, shared the shocking instance of him and his team being fired over a two-minute call by his former employer without any prior notice.
