Sam Altman is scouting for some of the best minds in the world to challenge one of the biggest tech companies, Apple. He is venturing into enemy territory to recruit individuals who have designed iPhones and Apple Watches, and he has successfully made inroads.
A few months ago, reports surfaced about Altman and Jony Ive, the renowned iPhone designer, teaming up for their AI hardware project. In 2019, Ive had founded LoveFrom, a design studio to create AI devices.
