After two weeks of Vision bros punching, zooming, and randomly tapping the air, accounts of returns started doing the rounds in the online-ville. Disgruntled fans of the $3,500 gadget were quick to voice ‘discomfort’ as the reason for handing it back to Apple before the 14-day return period ended.
On-ground inspection, however, clarified that the ones returning the gadget (are mostly YouTubers who) never intended to keep the face computer to begin with. Also, the numbers aren't sky-high.
The Cupertino giant began designing the spatial computing headset about a decade ago. During the grand revelation at WWDC 2023, Apple vowed to change the way humans interacted with machines, and, to an extent, has kept that promise.
