Fresh off the launch of its AI-powered search engine and Bing Chat, Microsoft is disrupting the market yet again. This time, the tech giant is turning its attention to the ERP and CRM market with the unveiling of Dynamics 365 Copilot. Powered by generative AI capabilities, Copilot will enable users to draft emails, summarise Teams meetings, and build sales and marketing campaigns.
