Apple changed the industry back then, Apple is changing the game even now. Yesterday, at WWDC 23, the tech giant dropped some massive announcements that have the potential to disrupt various industries at once.
Vision Pro was the cynosure of all eyes at the event. A VR headset that has transcended the boundary of virtuality and shows digital content to users as if it exists in the physical world. This ground-breaking technology was a big blow to Meta’s Quest 3, announced last week. The fact is, the latter stands nowhere close to Apple’s Vision Pro.
The next-big-thing at the event was the unveiling of M2 Ultra. With a powerful 24-core CPU, it outperforms its predecessor, M2 Max, doubling the performance and raising the bar for processing power. The M2 Ultra's graphics capabilities are equally impressive, with a 76-core GPU that delivers a remarkable 30% increase in speed compared to M1 Ultra.
