One of the key highlights from OpenAI’s first-ever developers’ conference was CEO Sam Altman showing us a glimpse of GPT Builder, which now allows anyone and everyone to build applications through conversational AI, alongside the announcement of the GPT Store.
Nodding to the "everyone's a developer" concept popularised by Microsoft's Copilot, OpenAI's initiative is set to revolutionise how we think about app creation.
“We believe, natural language is going to be a big part of how people use computers in the future,” said Altman, building a “Startup Mentor” app to assist founders and developers with advice on new projects and investments, built on the input, startup lecture transcripts, and knowledge-base of Altman.
